Guan is the director of Grymsdyke Farm and is responsible for overall operations. Besides his practice as a designer and academic, he has run workshops for his students at the Bartlett, RCA and University of Westminster. Their many built experiments stand in the paddock and farm buildings around Grymsdyke Farm.
